To Steal or Not to Steal II

Synopsis
After some various hijinks, the party successfully infiltrates the mansion of Viscount Alim who is currently in possesion of a vault item. The party splits and infiltrates the mansion through various means.
A fire breaks out in the mansion but is set out by the head butler who is a water mage. By the end of session, the party has discovered the likely location of the vault item.
Rex Orion, Balasar, Draec, Quincy, and Rat are currently on the 2nd floor, and Biz and Bard are in the basement. Luigi and Koff (NPCs) are still outside.
